When we went to do so, the front desk attendant was very rude and told me they would give us the first night free for our trouble. We were then given an extra sheet in replacement for our stained one and told to make a complaint the following morning. We called the front desk to get new sheets but they said housekeepers were off the clock and they would try to find sheets available. There were bugs which appeared to be little gnats and spiders in the ceiling corners. Aside from every employee being extremely rude, our room was extremely disgusting stained sheets with what looked to be blood and miscellaneous strands of hair the bedside lamp shades had the same dark red stains around it. The hours of the pool and on site food places were wacky and had rude staff. All staff members were extremely rude and seemed to be bothered by having to do their jobs. Horrible! Will not be returning do to poor service and cleanliness.
