There's only three gun lockers in this game that work as intended: the Avenger (Weapon Workshop), the Casino Penthouse (Office expansion) and the Arcade (Personal Quarters) gun lockers. Just wanted to share a method to have a totally functional gun locker that works even on missions and never resets.
